The staff at Imagination Station is set apart from any other early childhood school. Why? There are so many reasons, we are dedicated to the Early Childhood Profession, it's not just another job for us, we are continually learning and devoted to ongoing professional development, we strive to do our best, we care for everyone of our students and their family, we add parent engagement to our curriculum, we put on fun family nights and offer Parents Night Out as an added option, we love what we do!

 

All of our employees have to do pre-employment requirements. These requirements include passing two background checks, training in the Indiana Academic Foundations, Child Abuse and Neglect Training, a physical, and a drug screen. After joining our team, the training continues. All team members are required to do 25 hours of ongoing education a year, become certified in CPR, First-Aid, Universal Precautions, and Safe Sleep. Team members also have annual background checks, TB tests, CPR, First-Aid Training,  and Universal Precautions Training.

 

All of our lead teachers have a Childhood Development Associate Credential at a minimum, or are in the process of completing it.
