Assistant Infant Teacher – Full-Time

Location: Position available at Danville
Position: Assistant Infant Teacher

Work Schedules: Full Time, 40 hours a week/5 days a week on-site

As an Assistant Infant Teacher at Imagination Station, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing and supporting the development of our youngest learners. Your role involves assisting the lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where infants can grow and thrive emotionally, socially, and physically.

Responsibilities:


Support Development: Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities that foster infant development and meet their individual needs.

Record Keeping: Observe and document children’s developmental milestones and daily activities to share with parents and colleagues.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the lead teacher and other staff to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.

Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families to ensure open communication and partnership in their child’s care.

Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom, following all health and safety regulations.

Flexibility: Assist with snack preparation, diaper changes, cleaning equipment, and other duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

21+ years old

Prior experience working with young children, particularly infants

Toddler Lead Teacher – Full-Time

Position: Toddler Lead Teacher

Work Schedules: Full Time, 40 hours a week/5 days a week on-site

The Toddler Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and leading activities designed to promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth in toddlers. You’ll work closely with a team of educators to create a high-quality learning environment where every child feels supported and encouraged.

Responsibilities:


Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with developmental milestones and individual needs.

Observation and Documentation: Track each child’s progress and document their learning journey to share with parents and team members.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor assistant teachers, ensuring the classroom operates smoothly and effectively.

Parent Partnerships: Maintain consistent communication with parents, fostering a collaborative relationship to support each child’s development.

Environment Management: Create and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom that encourages exploration and learning.

Daily Operations: Flexibly assist with snack preparation, light cleaning, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

The Kitchen Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen at Imagination Station. This includes preparing nutritious meals and snacks, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and managing food inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities:


Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals and snacks for our 100 children, following nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions.

Food Safety: Adhere to all health and safety standards, including proper food storage, preparation, and cleanliness.

Inventory Management: Order and manage supplies, food, and ingredients, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment daily.

Time Management: Maintain a consistent work schedule and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
